Tree care companies come in all shapes and sizes, so to speak, and with varying levels of commitment to levels of insurance, business licenses, standards of workmanship, safety and training.

Making an informed decision on whom to employ can be difficult.  Improper pruning can be harmful to trees.  Low regard for property results in landscapes being torn up or even worse - damage to your home.  Nobody wants to pay too much for any service, but paying too little usually means receiving little in return.

To help consumers make an educated decision, the Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA) developed a means to validate a company from the consumer's perspective.  It is strictly voluntary:  (http://tcia.org/business/accreditation/why-tcia-accreditation)

Essentially, an independent auditor conducts a rigorous review of customer relations, insurance, pricing, quality training and hiring to ensure compliance with high standards of excellence.  Upon a satisfactory rating, a company earns the status of "Accreditation."

Casey Tree Experts was among the first of companies to become accredited in Georgia.  Since 2007, we have earned this distinction.

A consumer's choice to employ a TCIA-accredited company takes much of the guesswork out of making the right decision.
